Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once and are no longer needed, for this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges on any of our products.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to an international destination. Please contact us directly for more information. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 

The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

In the unlikely event that you receive a non-functional or defective item from us, the product may be returned for repair or replacement within the manufacturer stated warranty period from the date of purchase. Any item returned for repair or replacement must be accompanied by the receipt and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc. The unit will be sent back to the manufacturer where the item will be assessed and it will be under their discretion whether the item is repaired or replaced. 

There will be a 2-3 week turn around for assessment, repair, or replacement.
