No returns or exchanges for warranty will be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
To request an RMA, please follow this procedure:
Please keep in mind that you may be asked to supply further documentation or information regarding your RMA request. We reserve the right to reject an RMA request, if we deem the request to be invalid. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
Any item returned for repair or replacement must be returned in its original packaging, original wrapping materials (bubble wrap, bags, covers, etc.) along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc.
