Shipping & Returns

Our Return Policy

Due to the very nature of our product line, some items may be used once and no longer needed, for this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no refunds or exchanges on any of our products.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Warranty Information

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check products immediately (for quantity, incorrect product, physical damage) upon receipt and notify us of any problems within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that you receive a non-functional or defective item from us, the product may be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery.

IMPORTANT!  PLEASE READNo returns or exchanges for warranty will be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. 

To request an RMA, please follow this procedure:

  • Send an e-mail to sales@gotchaspy.com with RMA Request in the subject line. 
  • Include your name, order number, e-mail address, and phone number.
  • List the product to be repaired or replaced, along with a detailed description of the problem with the product.

Please keep in mind that you may be asked to supply further documentation or information regarding your RMA request. We reserve the right to reject an RMA request, if we deem the request to be invalid. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

Any item returned for repair or replacement must be returned in its original packaging, original wrapping materials (bubble wrap, bags, covers, etc.) along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc. or the return will be denied.

After 30 days, contact the product manufacturer directly on any warranty issues.


Installation of Surveillance Equipment

We recommend you have your surveillance equipment and systems installed by a certified professional. Self installation will VOID all warranties. The warranty does not cover the costs incurred for removal or reinstallation of the system and/or any damage to the equipment or personal property.

Cancellation of Order

Orders placed cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.  Cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped is subjected to a 20% cancellation fee and/or restocking fee.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Late Shipments

If your item was lost, stolen, damaged, or late due to shipping, you must contact the shipping company directly to resolve the matter. Once an order is shipped and has left our facility, it is up to the carrier to deliver your package to you in a safe and timely manner. Tracking numbers are not always issued due to some shipping methods. If a tracking number is not supplied, please do not request one as it may not be possible.
